About The Wellbeing Library

Why this book exists

Hundreds of thousands of people are handed a GLP-1 prescription and, with it, almost no plan. The medication does one job extremely well: it takes your appetite away. Everything after that — what to eat when nothing appeals, how not to lose muscle along with the fat, what to do about the nausea and the constipation, what happens when you stop — is left to forums at eleven at night.

That gap is what The Wellbeing Library publishes into. Not medication advice. The part nobody hands you.

How we write

  • Nothing about medication. No dosing, no injection technique, no sourcing. Those are your prescriber's, and we don't blur that line.
  • Numbers come from primary sources. Protein targets, water and sodium figures, the regain data, the red-flag list — each traces back to a regulator's label, a dietary reference intake, or a published trial, not to a blog post.
  • We say who a book isn't for. Every product page carries an honest exclusion list. We would rather lose a sale than take money from someone it's wrong for.
  • It gets checked. The GLP-1 Body Plan went through three separate reviews before it went on sale, each one run by someone who hadn't seen the round before. Thirteen things were found and fixed.

What we don't do

We don't diagnose, prescribe, or treat. We don't sell supplements, and nobody pays us to mention a product. We are a publisher — if a book of ours ever contradicts your clinician, follow your clinician.

Who writes it

The Wellbeing Library is researched and referenced, not clinically authored. Every figure in the guide — protein targets, water and sodium numbers, the regain data, the red-flag list — traces back to a regulator's label, a dietary reference intake, or a published clinical trial, cited at the point it's used. Three separate people reviewed the GLP-1 Body Plan before it went on sale. Nothing here claims to be written by a clinician, and if anything in the book conflicts with what your prescriber tells you, follow your prescriber.
